We ship after we've received your processed order by the our partner which handles the payments.

⦁    Some Backpacks are shipped within 6 to10 days and some custom styles take longer.
⦁    In the meantime, we will email you, the receipt's transaction.
⦁    Shortly after, when it is available we'll send you the tracking #

The FLAT Shipping fee based on the backpack weight only. All other items are charged differently according to different weights.

About Return Shipping Methods
Depending on the items you're returning and the reason for your return, your shipping methods may vary for your return. We may use:

⦁    Any Carrier: We provide you with a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice.
⦁    UPS pickup: We contact UPS and arrange for them to pick up your package from the address it was originally shipped to. This is ideal for large or heavy items that are hard to carry, and if you select this option before 9:00 p.m. Pacific time, UPS will attempt pickup on the next business day. This option allows you to track your package on its way back to us.
⦁    Amazon Locker: With this option, you can drop off your package at an Amazon Locker within five business days after printing your pre-paid return mailing label.

About Exchanges and Replacements
You can exchange or replace an item contacting us if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria.

⦁    Not received by you as a gift
⦁    Shipped and sold by &
⦁    Not an Add-On item

About Incorrect or Missing Items from Amazon Orders
Check the order details in Your Account to verify all the items in your order were shipped.

Items may become unavailable after your checkout. We'll proceed with delivering your order so that you receive the rest of your items on time. Your credit card will not be charged for the unavailable item. If the item became unavailable before we could deliver it, you'll see a "We're sorry we are unable to fulfill your entire order" message in the Order Details. The unfulfilled items will also appear in your Delivery Confirmation email under a section titled Unavailable Items.

Where possible, we'll try to send a similar product in its place (exceptions are specialty items). If your item was substituted, you'll see Substituted with on the Delivery Confirmation email listing the substituted items. In most cases, you will not be charged for the original item or the substitute. If we’re able to substitute the original item with an item that is nearly identical, you’ll be charged the lesser of the two prices.

If your credit card was charged for an item that you did not receive and the order details show that the item was shipped, contact us for a refund.

About Refunds

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.

Note: After the carrier, has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

How Refunds Are Issued

When returning an item, you can choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns Center.

If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.

Note: If we refunded you to a pre-paid card and you no longer have the physical card, the card is still stored within your account. It can be used toward future purchases on the account it's stored in.

If your original order was placed using the Amazon Currency converter, the refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.

Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees

*For most items, the return window is 15 days after delivery. To check the return window for an item you have ordered, write to us, using the Contact Form. Make sure you include:

Note: Tax on restocking fees may apply to return items that were shipped and sold by for customers. Some products have additional conditions that may apply.

There is no return on international orders.

All claims under this warranty shall be made via email or by writing to:

*There is no RETURN for backpacks or other products when shipped internationally.
*There is no Free Shipping internationally. Shipping will be charged additionally depending on your zip code.
*Your security is our best business. Different addresses for shipping and billing will trigger our protection filters resulting in a declined transaction.

Purchaser agrees that the purchaser or his heirs, agents, or assigns shall never bring any action in any court of law and disclaim any right to any damages from Seller, including compensatory damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, costs, and attorney’s fees. The buyer is responsible to make sure that body armor plates are worn in the correct way and right direction.

We use popular carriers such as UPS, USPS, FEDEX, and AMAZON to deliver orders. You will receive a tracking number from us, email, and the confirmation of your order with an I.D. Number. please keep this information handy in case it is needed.

* We may retain product cost and purchase of products if we can't ship due to a wrong address or if the merchandise is stolen, plus a re-stocking fee 25% for purchases that are canceled after 5 days.
